Consolidated
Equity is a privately-funded company that provides equity for property
deals.
Consolidated Equity is not sector or location specific, but is deal-led, opportunistic and able to respond swiftly to proposals. The directors have substantial property experience across all sectors of the market and wish to partner principals who require all or partial equity funding for their projects.

In order
to consider proposals, we expect applicants to have already carried out
their necessary due diligence and to have an indication of the level of
senior debt available. A typical preferred timeframe for each transaction
is up to 18 months with equity contributions for each deal of between
£250,000 and £5m.
We require our partners to manage and operate the deal in
all its aspects. Consolidated Equity acts as a “silent” partner
and does not demand any market exposure in respect of its involvement. |
